How It Works
Step 1: Check Eligibility Take our quiz or apply directly through BC Housing. You'll authorize them to verify your income with CRA.
Step 2: Get Approved Approval typically takes 2-4 weeks. You'll receive a letter confirming your rebate amounts.
Step 3: Schedule Installation Work with a registered contractor (like us) to design and install your system.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Rebate The rebate is applied directly to your invoice — you never pay the full amount upfront.
What If I Don't Qualify?
If your income is above the thresholds, you can still get:
- BC Hydro rebate: Up to $4,000 (electric heating replacement)
- FortisBC rebate: $5,000 (dual-fuel systems)
These programs have no income requirements.
