Breeze Home Comfort provides heat pump installation, maintenance, and related HVAC services in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our services include:

  • Heat pump installation (ducted and ductless systems)
  • Hybrid/dual-fuel system installation
  • Rebate application assistance
  • System maintenance and repairs
  • Energy efficiency consultations

2. Rebate Estimates

The rebate estimates provided through our website quiz and consultations are for informational purposes only and are based on:

  • Current rebate program guidelines as of the estimate date
  • Information you provide about your home and situation
  • General eligibility criteria

Important: Actual rebate amounts may vary. Rebate programs are subject to change, funding availability, and final eligibility verification by program administrators (BC Hydro, FortisBC, CleanBC). We do not guarantee specific rebate amounts.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Project quotes provided by Breeze Home Comfort:

  • Are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated
  • Are based on the information provided and site assessment
  • May be adjusted if conditions differ from initial assessment
  • Include equipment, labor, and standard installation materials
  • May not include electrical upgrades, structural modifications, or permit fees unless explicitly stated

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit of 25% is required to schedule installation
  • Final payment is due upon completion of installation
  • We accept credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cheque
  • Financing options available through approved partners

5. Installation and Warranty

Installation

  • All installations are performed by licensed technicians
  • We obtain necessary permits as required by local regulations
  • Installation includes system startup, testing, and homeowner orientation
  • We clean up the work area upon completion

Warranty

  • Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers (typically 10-12 years for parts)
  • Breeze Home Comfort provides a 2-year workmanship warranty
  • Extended warranty options may be available
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work: full deposit refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit may be forfeited
  • Cancellations after equipment has been ordered: deposit is non-refundable
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your home and requirements
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Secure pets during installation
  • Notify us of any known hazards (asbestos, mold, electrical issues)
  • Provide necessary permissions and access

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during work
  • Website information is provided "as is" without warranties

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Breeze Home Comfort or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
