What is a heat pump?
A heat pump is an all-in-one heating and cooling system that works like a refrigerator in reverse. Instead of generating heat by burning fuel, it moves heat from one place to another — making it 3-4x more efficient than traditional heating systems.
In winter, the heat pump extracts heat from outdoor air (yes, even when it's cold!) and brings it inside. In summer, it reverses to cool your home like a traditional AC unit.
